How do you ensure the safety of cards during shipping?
We use a multi-layer protection process. Every single card is placed in a penny sleeve and a rigid top-loader or semi-rigid holder, then secured between cardboard slabs before being shipped in a bubble mailer or reinforced box.
Are all your cards original and authentic?
Yes, we guarantee the authenticity of every card we sell. We source our inventory directly from licensed manufacturers, authorized distributors, and reputable private collections.
What is your policy on returns for graded cards?
Due to the volatile nature of the sports card market, all sales of third-party graded cards (PSA, BGS, SGC) are final. For raw cards, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item remains in its original, sealed security packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the UK, and Australia. International orders are sent via tracked services to ensure your collectibles arrive safely and can be monitored during transit.
How do you determine the condition of 'Raw' cards?
Raw cards are inspected by our experts and assigned a condition range (e.g., Near Mint-Mint). While we strive for accuracy, please note that raw grades are subjective and do not guarantee a specific numeric grade from professional grading services.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. For high-value transactions over $5,000, we also offer bank wire transfer options.
